Dubai's real-estate market is booming—sales topped AED 66 billion in May 2025 alone, helped by a government push to tokenise up to 7 percent of the city's property by 2033. Yet most investors are priced out of high-value villas and face long lock-ups when they do get in. Tribe removes those barriers by dividing each villa into 10 000 digital blocks that start from roughly AED 2 000. Every block carries legal rights to rental income and capital appreciation, giving members genuine ownership instead of "synthetic" exposure.
Why we exist
We exist because the current system is broken. You shouldn't need AED 5 million and six months of paperwork to own a piece of Dubai real estate. So we've taken those premium family villas and chopped them into 10,000 blocks starting from around AED 2,000. Each block gives you real legal rights to rental income and property appreciation—not some synthetic nonsense, but actual ownership.

Built the right way
We're not cowboys. Dubai Land Department's tokenisation project and VARA's 2025 Rulebook set the rules; we're building everything to match both frameworks. Your tokens will map to official title deeds and trade in a regulated venue. We're not licensed yet—our application is in progress—but nothing goes live until we get proper approval.
Our partnership approach
We've teamed up with CTRL ALT, the infrastructure provider behind the UAE's first tokenized title pilot and the country's first VASP licensed for issuer services. They handle the technical minting and custody; we focus on finding great villas, getting you onboard, and running the marketplace. Everyone sticks to what they do best.
