How we collect, use, and protect your information
Tribe Privacy Statement – Wait-List Phase
Effective 8 June 2025
Tribe Tokenization FZE. ("Tribe," "we," "us," "our") is currently inviting prospective members to join a wait-list for early access to our property-tokenisation platform. This statement explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information while our service is in pre-launch. It will be replaced by a comprehensive Privacy Policy before our closed Beta goes live.
1What we collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (e.g., government ID numbers) at this stage.
2How we use your information
Wait-list registration
To reserve your spot and maintain an orderly queue.
Updates & marketing
To send occasional emails about progress, Beta invitations, or company news (you may opt out at any time).
Platform readiness
To analyse aggregate demand, refine our product roadmap, and prepare regulatory filings.
Legal compliance & security
To detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, and comply with applicable laws in the UAE, Canada, the EU (GDPR), and any other relevant jurisdictions.
We rely on your consent (joining the wait-list) and our legitimate interest in building and securing the service.
3Sharing & international transfers
Service providers
Cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics. These vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Prospective issuer partner (CTRL ALT)
Limited to anonymised or aggregated demand data unless you explicitly authorise a referral.
Regulators or law-enforcement
Only if required by law.
Our servers are currently located in the UAE and the EU. Where data moves across borders, we use contractual safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4Security
We apply industry-standard controls—including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular penetration testing. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
5Retention
We keep your wait-list data until the earlier of:
- •two (2) years after collection,
- •you request deletion, or
- •the launch of our full service, at which point you will be asked to review and accept the updated Privacy Policy.
6Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email trust@mytribe.ae.
7Changes to this statement
This statement is interim. We will publish a revised, comprehensive Privacy Policy before opening our closed Beta and will notify all wait-list members by email. The "Effective" date will always tell you when we last updated the document.
